About Lisa

Lisa is a native of Denver, CO and currently resides in the area.  She has been practicing as an Occupational Therapist for over 17 years and received her training from Creighton University in Omaha, NE in 2001.  She also attended Colorado State University where she completed her pre-OT coursework and accomplished her dream of playing Division I volleyball.  After college she moved to the beaches of San Diego, CA where she began her career as an OT.  It took 9 years later to realize “the mountains were calling” and she returned home, met her husband and began to dream of a family.

The Fall of 2015 is when she and her husband learned of their infertility challenges and went down the road of IVF; It was completely unfamiliar territory.  Little did they know the long journey that awaited them— countless Dr. appointments, medications, 2 egg retrievals and 3 unplanned surgeries later (polyp surgery, scar tissue surgery and fibroid surgery), they were ready to transfer their one and only viable embryo.  The “little embryo that could” found it’s way and was ready to pop out at 37 weeks- she is her mama’s miracle indeed.  Becoming a mother at the age of 40 is the biggest blessing Lisa has ever received.

Having noticed in the world of IVF almost no one focuses on the importance of mindset, Lisa knew it was one of the keys to not only survive through it all but to THRIVE.  She became deeply impassioned to share her insights and use her skill set as an Occupational Therapist to empower others going through this process.  She recognized that most women have no idea how much control they really DO have in a process that seems out of their control.  She is called to share her success strategies of manifestation so others may experience an ease going through IVF and come out of it a true warrior.
